The Property:
The Woods of Ivanhoe is a gated, golf course community located near Hawthorn Woods, Lake Zurich, Libertyville, and Mundelein, Illinois.
 
Homeowner Association:
While the community is called the Woods of Ivanhoe, the name of the HOA is Ivanhoe Club Property Owners Association, Inc. 
 
Open Houses & Procedures: Open Houses for the general public are permitted; for Open House Procedures click HERE.  The listing realtor may also hold an Open House which is restricted to only other licensed realtors.
 
Homes/Lots For Sale:
One of the features of our homeowner association's website is a webpage listing homes and lots for sale.  Realtors manage all aspects of their own listings.  Listings will only be accepted from realtors who have previously registered with our website and only for homes or lots located in the Woods of Ivanhoe that are already listed in the MLS.  For the listing process, click HERE.
 
Register:
To register with our website, click on 'Register' at the top right of the home page.  Enter First and Last Name,  Email address, work and cell phone numbers, and enter your company name in Employer.  Click 'Submit' and you will soon receive a return email giving you your login details including a temporary password.
 
Property Manager: Realtor or client questions about the Woods of Ivanhoe should be directed to American Property Management of Illinois.  For their phone, address, or to email, click Contact Us.   
 
Access: Enter through the Highway 176 security gate.  Alternate access is available through the Highway 60 security gate.  All clients desiring to see a property must be accompanied by a realtor.
 
Covenants: Like many other communities, the Woods of Ivanhoe has a homeowner association (legal name is Ivanhoe Club Property Owners Association, Inc.).  Property is governed by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County.  An Architectural Review Committee approval is required before home construction starts or any exterior changes or improvements are made.
